Since the SU7 my keyboard assignments no longer work in VR mode. For example, resetting the cockpit view or switching to VR mode. Also, I can’t hide the yoke in VR mode. I hope someone knows some advice.

There’s a few weird things I noticed also. The culprit for me was “home cockpit mode” was enabled under the camera settings. Turning that off fixed a few of my problems. Maybe try that.
Regarding hiding the yoke, that’s a “feature” now. 
Asobo made it that way so nothing is actually broken. They just decided to disable a feature for some reason. People speculate that it’s because they enabled VR controllers and somehow the two are related.
Anyway, the work-around for hiding the yoke is to switch to flat-screen mode, hide it there, and then switch back to VR.
