You simply out climbed your cabin. I do not know if it is possible in the default King Air, but you need to increase the pressure change rate. Or do some step/ slower climbing so the cabin alt can keep up with your altitude.
In the first screenshot you can see that your cabin is still climbing wit only 200 fpm and that the pressure differential is just too high. Eventually it will come up and the warning will disappear.
