KLAS RWY26L glide slope to low?

Is the glide slope to low at KLAS rwy 26L LOC = 111.5 Apch Crs = 259?

It should be a standard 3° glideslope. What are you observing that is making you ask that?

I just flew it in the 930 and it seemed fine. The PAPI indicated a bit low, but there are several reasons for that discrepancy. For that approach both the visual and GS are at 3 degrees, but the threshold crossing height is 24 feet lower for the GS approach so the PAPI will tend to show low or slightly low. But the GS brought me right to the touchdown zone.

This. And here’s why:

The PAPI and GS antenna are offset by 295 longitudinal feet in real life.

For OP, situations like this will be noted on the approach plate, as such:

There are also things to consider like eye height as compared to the placement of the glideslope receiver antenna in the aircraft. Some are harmonized for a nominal aircraft deck angle.

Thanks guys it just seemed in the Bonanza that I was going to clip the building.

If you are using the FlyTampa KLAS then there is a long string of posts in their forum regarding this issue. The solution is an edit of content.xml to resolve an issue with the addon elevations being realistic but MSFS not so much.
