Brief description of the issue:
After an update the described thing happened. The plane waved back and forth then on the next flight I was not able to set altimeter or turn on any dash switches etc. THe aircraft did not display flight control surface movements yet did fly OK. So it was a totally manual flight with no autopilot able to activate. This has never happened before with my latest machine here about 1.5 years old, quite a good one. Been doing sims like this for 30 years
