Knobster airplug not working and showing up in sim toolbar? ver 4.1

Anyone else using knobster.. i updated to 4.1 and the airplugin folder is put in community however it doesnt show up in the toolbar in sim.

Any thoughts

What doesn’t show up in the Toolbar?

As far as I know (unless I’ve been missing something for the past couple of years) The Knobster doens’t show up in the Toolbar of the sim.

You would apply it to the panels in Air Manager and then display your panels. It uses the plugin to connect and interact with the Sim.

In the bottom right corner of the Air Manager screen, does it say connected?

I had a knobster icon in the Sims toolbar, thatwould bring up a menu of choices

Highly useful in vr which is all I fly

The airplugin folder is in community but doesn’t appear to do anything

Hi All , this is my first time here and my first post. I’m using MSFS on PC, purchased through Steam. Having trouble with Knobster , The KNOBFS dialog box in MSFS displays “Knobster not connected”. Any assistance with resolving the connection issue would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Thanks for getting back to me. I installed KnobFS . The issue is that the Knobster device is recognized in Air Manager however selection for Knobster in missing from the dropdown in Air Manager “Rotary Encoder” so cannot select to use it.
Any ideas on how to resolve?

I don’t have any experience with KnobFS so I’m not sure.

@Crunchmeister71 or @Sling380 any ideas?

KnobFS only supports official knobsters so if you have a DIY version or even one of those expensive non official versions then you are out of luck.
