I see this info in Knowing Issues
ORBX London and Paris Landmarks Scenery (3rd party content) are currently conflicting with the World updates. This is actively being worked on, but in the meantime, we recommend disabling 3rd party scenery.
It’s still issue, or update already released?
My bet is, this is a large part of the motivation of the discussion around being able to effectively exclude more different types of items than we can today in the SDK Q&A. Not the only, but, related.
Other than that, I don’t know the answer to your question other than to turn on the scenery and go see for yourself. I haven’t heard any mention of it.
Unfortunately, I cannot do this, since I have not bought these products yet. I am planning a purchase, but first I wanted to ask the owners about the situation.

There are a few issues with the Nordic 3rd party airports also. Flytampa have already updated Kastrup Copenhagen but that update will not become available through the marketplace until the next MSFS2020 update cycle. I suspect the same is also true of Orbx and other Devs.
This is a good reason to buy your updates from external vendors rather than the marketplace as you get the updates faster.
