KORH by MXi Design - Upgraded version for X Box 'Disabled and 'Not Compatible'

An Upgraded version of KORH by MXiDesign was made available quite a while back. It was free and I really thought that was great but then the upgraded version said it was ‘Disabled and Not Compatible’. I had assumed this would work itself out over time but it hasn’t. I wrote to Zendesk and they took no responsibility at all telling me to write here on the forums and also to the developer.

I’m checking here first to see if anyone has had this issue and if they got resolution in any way. It was a great little addon and I’d like to have it back working.

I am very sure this is a Marketplace issue because the version number for the product is listed as 1.0.0 but the version of the one in MyLibrary is ‘0.0.0’. Microsoft is in charge of that.

I have exactly the same issue. Did you find a solution? I tried re-install MSFS 2024 but the issue remains.

No, I haven’t. I contacted zendesk and they are fully aware that the marketplace is carrying a non working scenery. I was told to contact mxi design and Im sure thats the final solution but I feel that mxi design is surely aware of this.

Honestly, its the least of my worries… but it’d be awesome to have a fixed airport.

OK. Thanks for the info. Guess I will try to enable the 2020 version instead.
