Brief description of the issue:

Flew the PMDG 737 from KSFO to KPDX. Lined up great on the RNAVY10L but it was lined up on 10R. Should have taken a screenshot but verified I entered 10L not 10R in the FMS

Just a thought. Did you have the correct frequency set up in Nav1 on both pilots radios?
10L = 111.30 10R = 110.50

Once you establish yourself on approach and select APP the aircraft will use whatever frequency is in the Nav radios, regardless of FMS, which of course got you onto the approach

Ah, just noticed you were on RNAV rather than ILS. Not sure if that makes a difference.

I just flew that approach in the 930 and it worked fine. If you get a chance, You might want to try the approach with another aircraft and see if it’s directly related to the PMDG 737 or the approach itself so we can narrow down the issue. I flew it with a non-modded sim version, and I don’t have the PMDG on this version to test. Thanks!

I looked at the RNAV-Y and RNAV-Z approaches for 10L and 10R in Little Navmap and they look as expected. I have Navigraph nav data installed; not sure if Little Navmap actually updates correctly when you remove it via Navigraph Hub or not but I checked that too and it looked fine both ways.
