ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The default L-39 does not consume fuel at a realistic rate, at a rate of 3 gallons per hour. This was done at full throttle for at least 45 minutes. This has been a long standing bug. I loaded it with 168 gallons at start and flew for at least an hour and 10 minutes, and it ended with 165 gallons left, using only 3 gallons. This is a problem at all altitudes.

Load up L-39 with fuel in the EFB.

Fly for at least an hour with throttle at full power.

See that only 3 gallons have been consumed
