No, i expect us to have a rough plan of what is to happen and when, so that we know where we stand. That doesn’t mean that I want to have the complete changelogs for the next patch.
And if you look at the dev blog entry from yesterday you can also see that they are still working with information from december 4th which still shows things that should have been fixed with patch 3 but weren t.
They just carry on as if nothing had happened without saying a word and the community managers or whatever the official ones here in the forum are called answer to a large extent with more or less copy&paste answers.
