So I decided to jump back in today and I have noticed a massive deal of lag and stuttering.
when I used to fly Heathrow on the very same settings which is “High End” I used to get micro stutters.
today I tried the same flight and within a few miles of Heathrow I got a massive amount of long periods of lag and stuttering.
no settings have changed, literally just the latest patch.

Has been worse for me since patch too, had to lower my settings to make it playable.
That is so strange when it’s suppose to be better in terms of performance.
Do you know if there will be a fix for this?
Same experience for me. And, incidently, same hardware.
Do you have it everywhere or just GPU heavy locations like Heathrow or CDG?
Update I’ve literally dropped my settings to low and still have the exact same issue.
My PC should 100% run this on low.
I went from high end to low and still stuttering
Just to add furthermore. It seems to only happen on descent at all airports now.
Tried settings on Low still stuttering the same as settings on high.
So annoyed
CPU 28%
MEMORY 64%
DISK 1%
GPU 9%
POWER USAGE: very high

Has anyone noticed an improvement with the latest patch?
Flight sim 2020 lag and stutter.
There are many complains on the web according to those
issues and yes some has not prober hardware and internet
connection to run the game smoth but i will say it has
mostly to do with bad software programing and game server issue.
Because i run the game with 500mbit fiber connection have
72 fps cpu gpu vram and ram with less than 50 percent use and still
have lag and stutter so conclusion is game will not run smoth even
with a NASA computer and the fastest connection avaible.
Fight sim 2020 sofware is bad programing on slow gameserver.
In comparison i run Ace combat 7 smoth with 235 fps.
Microsoft it is time to wake up and fix this !!!
