Brief description of the issue:
lagging, stutters while trying the low level maverick challenge. The lag is every second or so. This lag is identical at 4k ultra and 720p low settings
Dx12 enabled ingame

GPU 3090 msi suprim x
RAM 32 gig DDR4 3400
Win 11
All latest drivers and clean install
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
maverick update
