Since a few days all aircraft have problems with Lighting for me. Be it standard or 3rd party. There is light coming from the fuselage and front landing gear but it is glooming and not affecting the scenery and ground around it.

Aircraft on your screenshot is at a high altitude so I would not expect to see any ground illumination. Could you provide others screenshots where ground illumination is missing ?
Well obviously I will make another screenshot when I am on the ground again. Figured i have the problem started my flight and did not want to stop my flight again and just took it in the air. Will send you another later
If you have any addons (community folder/Marketplace), disable them and test again.
In particular, if you have liveries addons for the A330, disable them 1st and test.
how does it look with only taxi and rwy turn off light without the livery at least the landing light is back but the others are still off? I will try disabling AIG Traffic
In fact, this issue has nothing to do with whether the aircraft is an add-on. It also exists on the default 747-8, default 747 Air Tanker, and other default aircraft.
Exact same issue here in MSFS24 (SU4) - interestingly not consistently with all aircraft, e.g. the issue persists with PMDG aircraft but not with FSS Ejets.
Playing with a 4090 in 4K in HDR. Cleaning shader caches and re-installing relevant aircraft did not solve the issue.
Weird stuff cause in the past I did not have that issue on said aircraft.
Lights are working fine for me on both 747 and a330, but I have an observation: In your bug screenshots of both the a330 and 747, it looks like the light cone is pointing in the wrong direction and illuminating the aircraft body instead. Maybe they sometimes load in the wrong direction?
Working A330 which shows light correctly shining on ground instead of the excessive bloom on the body in the first screenshot:
