Brief description of the issue:
" * Added Logbook compression to fix an issue where the logbook stopped recording flights after reaching 16MB limit size." is not fixed, logbook still does not save new flights + additional issue : large logbook (2,000 hours for mine) takes several minutes to display (instead of a few seconds prior to SU13 beta), the sim is frozen while the logbook loads

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
reproduced it several times: on a simulator where flights were not recorded anymore prior to SU13 beta, fly, end the flight, check logbook, flight is logged correctly, exit the sim, reload the sim, check logbook, new flight does not appear anymore
