It appears it is no longer working or is it just me?
It’s not just you I’m also seeing tooltips since the 1.15.7.0 update.
I download what you say, and specially ToolTips-Off into community, but it don´t work for me.
Maybe I’m thick, but you can turn off tooltips though the settings within MSFS itself. Granted it does not give you a “smaller” tooltip option.
Options > General > Accessibility > Cockpit tooltips > Off

I am looking for the reduced size, which wasa great mod.
the mod give you opportunity to see tooltips with press alt button, because some time tooltips can help, but not all the time, for me it’s part of one big problem with mouse accidently zooming, turning tumblers, push levers etc. from the beginning when you use mouse for zoom you can accidently off magneto, or whatever else, or opposite - if you use mouse wheel for scroll airports in gps or for trimm, or for other lever it can zoom in/zoom out… and i don’t get it, why till now we stay with this nonsense, i see simple way - cursor on = no zoom, cursor off = only zoom… tooltips same, can appear without cursor, because cursor is not disabled, but just invisible, and this insanity is
