I don’t want to defend Asobo here, but with each of the recent updates they have given warnings about possible causes of things like CTD. In fact the specifically suggest moving all community content away from the game and reinstalling each one and testing the game each time to find the addon(s) that cause the problem.
OTOH - if an aircraft crashes in real life (say an Airbus or Boeing) the victims look at the “name on the package” and blame the Aircraft Manufacturer. No one cares much who made the pitot heater, fuel valve, electric wire sending FBW commands, or whatever 3rd party OEM equipment.
It is up to Airbus or Boeing and co. to make sure that their OEMs are given all the information they need to make a safe item. Which is why the best big companies invest heavily in getting the best possible product into the air - safely.
If Airbus and co built planes like Asobo are doing with their product - we’d be seeing graveyards filling faster than…
Also, I dread to think what other damage Asobo CTDs etc. are doing to our home computers.
