I uninstalled the NVidia driver 466.11 and went back to 465.89. My power plan was always on high performance. I haven’t had any bluescreens or CTDs, but the FPS drops in games, since the last Windows update, are now gone again. So everything is fine with me again. Uninstalling the Windows update is not an option for me.
