Launched MSFS but MSFS not available on my account

Hi has anyone had this happen?

When launching MSFS I get an error message saying MSFS is not available on my Microsoft account even though when I log into MS Store it is clearly there in my library.

Error code below

Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Sounds like something isn’t communicating with the other.
If you are using a PC, try this:

Go to Window’s Apps & Features
Find Gaming Services, Microsoft Store and XBox.
From advanced features, reset each of these.

Reboot, ensure you are logged into everything and try the sim.
