you mean the update to SU12 ? Then Rolling-Cache already cleaned , and may be in some topics the other mentioned app-data stuff ?
Are there may be other Error-Entries before that one from MSFS within the windows event log ( in same time ) ?
That it works in Safe-Mode is at least for a first step a good thing
