What began as a simple compatibility fix for MSFS2020 SU16, aligning Bing Maps data with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, quickly evolved into something much more.
Hundred of objects were meticulously repositioned to match the updated Bing Maps imagery in MSFS2020. But as I explored recent photos and videos online, it became clear that several signs, posters, and objects were no longer accurate.
So instead of just a quick patch, version 4 was born: a refreshed and refined scenery update that brings Le Touquet LFAT back to life with greater realism and attention to detail.
Available now, completely free for PC users on MSFS2020 and MSFS2024. Enjoy the flight!
- Add several startup positions (because of sunny Sundays
). - Add Fuel startup position.
- Add Douanes-Customs sign on Terminal building.
- Add commemorative plaque unveiled during inauguration of the new name “Le Touquet - Elisabeth II”
- Add new fences between restaurant and terminal entrance (airside)
- Reworked Helipads area.
- Reworked Fuel station.
- Reworked the Sea Low tide at Baie de La Canche and north/south beaches.
- Reworked runway and taxiways shoulders.
- Update Etaples-sur-Mer harbor deck.
- Update terminal signs public side (including AVIS rental car replaced by Europcar)
- Update terminal signs air side with new posters unveiled during inauguration of the new name “Le Touquet - Elisabeth II”
- Fix La canche river exclusion and elevation.
- Fix minor texture issues

One more new version of this scenery first build almost 4 years ago! This time is about improving runway texture. Mainly for MSFS2024 users and minor fixes + improvement benefit to MSFS2020 also.
Please note that, as for my other scenery, MSFS2024 users need to activate 2 folders for this airport in your Community : vbcorp-airport-__ and zzz-vbcorp-airport-__. Don’t change the name “zzz-vbcorp-airport-__. MSFS2020 user only: you can ignore the zzz-vbcorp-airport-___
