I am 72 years plus. I am not a geeks. I tu to play Switch FSimulator 2020 standard. It os impossible to start any learning .

Do the flight lessons. That will help for the beginning. Other than that just practice.

While I am sure people will be willing to offer some guidance, it would help if you could ask a specific question(s). As @IceTeaBubble suggested, make sure you do the tutorial missions, they will help you gain a basic understanding of the simulator.

One of the very first steps is to choose an aircraft that you want to learn. From there, all you have to do is learn the checklists from powering it on, to turning it off. Youtube has plenty of insights as well.
