There is a gear icon to the right and then you are able to select “set inverted axis” in that menu.

Thank you very much. I know about this setting and I activated it. The ting is it does not invert it. I had to invert a few settings but this one is the only one that has no effect.

Can confirm this issue indeed exists. Inverting LT/RT on an xinput controller assigned to left/right brake axes does nothing at all. Brakes are applied when triggers are released and released when triggers are pulled. Changing the inverted axis setting makes no difference whatsoever.

Could be because of the fact that LT/RT are merged into one Z axis on xinput controllers. Still digging for a solution. It is frustrating not being able to use differential analog braking on a gamepad.

Issue exists with the Xbox Series X, as well. No taildraggers for me until this is fixed.

i have the exactly same issue. I use my drive paddle as left and right rudders. No way I can invert it. I did “set inverted axis” but not working at all.

I can’t believe this is not still fixed. I want to be able to bind left brake axis and right brake axis with my xbox controller to the LT and RT but inverted button not working, so its applying full brake when not pressing LT&RT while its supposed to be all the way around like when you hold LT&RT then it supposed to brake. I tried everything but its a bug 110% sure.
