Yes you are absolutely right. So guys use it as your own risk 
I would really like to know why download speed jumped like that in that exact moment when I forwarded it. Previously download speed was around 32 Mbits/s in 30 second cycles. I mean that download stopped for few seconds and then continued 32 Mbits.
