ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
I have noticed that Istres-Le Tubé Air Base ICAO [LFMI] is not modeled into the sim there are 4 helicopter pads but no buildings or runway modeled at all.
Istres-Le Tubé Air Base is Frances biggest air force and space base hopefully this can be fixed.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? 100%

Search on the world map LFMI

See that its not modeled on the world map

Load into a flight nearby or using a heli at the heli markers and notice its not there.
