All external light switches taxi, landing, runway turn-off, strobes are frozen, they click but don’t move. this is happening in the PMDG 737, SALTY 747, MSFS 2020 747, and the 787. Before, this was happening only in the 2020 747, now all these aircraft. I went and removed all add-on liveries to the 787 and the game 747 but continue no lights. The only other add-on I have installed was the 787 update. Liveries and the 787 update was all I installed lately. What else could I do ?
Do you mean you have a third party 787 mod installed? Completely clear your community folder. Broken switches usually end up being mod conflicts.

Try unplugging your flight control hardware and see if that helps. It’s possible there is a keybind on one of your controllers holding the commands for the lights. This will identify if that is the problem.
