Could you try one thing for me and report back to the forums please. Could you go into the BIOS and disable hyperthreading and efficiency cores. To ensure all threads are on main performance cores. There is always an overhead with running these cores in certain situations. For example hyperthreading splits L2 catches per performance core in half to support the hyperthreading core. And Efficiency cores need workloads assigned by the performance core, and it doesn’t always get it right.
On my i7-13700KF If I run with all 24 threads (8P + 8HT, and 8E) I’m operating around 75 FPS in London City. If I just run the 8P cores this shoots up to over 100 FPS. This is on a 3070ti Founders Edition card.
