With the obvious caveat that “Your Mileage May, (and likely will), Vary”, that makes a lot of sense.
What confused me, (and perhaps others), was the supposition that equally maxed-out hardware would be “the sweet spot”. (Which is great if you’re using your system to heat your house.
)
To me, as in “AFAIK” or “IMHO”, it doesn’t make sense to have the entire system running at “red-line” constantly.
Now, I will be the first to admit that I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, so I was, (and still am), curious how continuously running your system maxed-out can be “sweet”. Didn’t the crypto-miners already try that?
Or am I missing something?
What is “LOD” and how do you measure it?
