I don’t know what to do. Every time I fly over Europe or Mid Asia, or a long haul
flight, I get this Limited by Coherent GTDraw and kills my FPS. I’ve tried reducing LOD, even I set my graphics to medium and nothing works. I deleted most of my addons and this issue continues. Has anyone solved this issue?

This isn’t normal, even if you have a high terrain LOD. Most of your threads have an extremely high frametime, which suggests a possible CPU performance issue. Is your CPU throttling due to thermal constraints? Check HWInfo while running MSFS and make sure your CPU isn’t throttling down to high temperature, and verify your cores are running at the correct frequency. Look for anything highlighted in red, as this means outside normal ranges. You can post a screenshot if that helps.
CoherentGT Draw and UI are for drawing instruments/glass cockpit displays. Those are extremely high numbers you are displaying there.
Which aircraft is that? Have you tried others and get the same problem?
Try turning off photogrammetry. See if that helps.
