MSFS isn’t good at spreading work across processors so you offering it twelve virtual proessors isn’t doing you any favours.
If you go into the PC’s BIOS and disable virtualisation and hyperthreading you may find that the much lower number of processors offered can get the work done faster, particularly if you make sure that there aren’t other programs running in the background.
Your GPU seems to be managing 25ms so if you can get your main thread to be down to about 25ms as well, you should find things a lot better.
