Also you have a great cpu that should benefit lots from PBO undervolting … basically by running cooler it can then boost higher with a performance increase to match. There’s plenty of YT videos and stuff about it.
Also max out all of your graphics (not LODs) and reduce traffic settings so that you are relatively less mainthread limited
