Limited GPU usage on takeoff airport

 Thank you using the Bug section, using templates provided will greatly help the team reproducing the issue and ease the process of fixing it.

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

No

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons?

Irrelevant: happens on modded and unmodded airports alike; other proofs this is not mod-related. See below.

Brief description of the issue:

Same airport, same setting, same aircraft (hence not addon related), landing in the same airport gives normal performance, but taking off (spawning) in said airport gives <35% GPU usage, which in turn causes very poor FPS.
Situation improves as you takeoff and leave origin airport, further proving this is not hardware/driver/addon/anything on my end-related.

I know the moderators will very much love to denounce this report and move it to Community support, but please don’t. I literally tried everything from drivers to hardware to addons. Plus there will be nothing people in Community Support can do for me. I’ve asked the community (including other players, addon makes, etc) already.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Spawn in most airports in Taiwan/Japan (except RJOW which somehow wasn’t affected), observe lower than usual FPS and non-100% GPU usage (usually <35% at spawn and gradually go to 40%). Then spawn somewhere else then fly to the same airport, observe near 100% GPU usage and normal FPS.
You will most likely be unable to reproduce because related bugs have different triggers for different people. One guy I met on Discord says it’s KLAX and happens on landing. In my case landing is always fine but takeoff is always very low FPS+very low GPU usage.
Note in some (emphasize “some”) cases, spawning without a flight plan OR without using live weather/time OR when local time is at night will fail to trigger this.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

The issue is about comparing the same PC’s performance in different situations, hence this is irrelevant.

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

Not related to version. First started this Tuesday where the version was 1.29.30.0 before / after it began to occur.
