I use a yoke, it doesn’t matter the model, and I use two different configurations, one for propeller planes and the other for jets. Would there be a way to relate these configurations to each plane? It is heavy having to change by hand, I always forget the configuration, every time you change planes. Thanks.
You can set profiles as much as you need for each controller. You will find that in the lower area of your configuration site. Don’t know exactly the wording but you can copy a given profile and rename it.
I have a few throttle configuration for different types of planes.
i think spad does that.
but i find it very simple to change, even after you load the plane, just escape , change profile and presto.

Maybe I misunderstood your post, you know how to set different profiles, but you want to have them changed automatically? In that case, disregard my previous answer. 
Short answer. No.
You cannot link your controller profiles to aircraft or aircraft types. You must change them manually.
Perhaps if we keep asking enough though such a feature may make it into code at some point.
Thanks for your answers, but what I try to tell Microsoft or Asobo to include an automatic change to the different settings according to the chosen aircraft.
