Same for his Lear Jet 24!

Funny all the people griping on this bird when it even states on the store pages where they buy it high end computer needed. So what does that say.

Are you referring to the info on Simmarket’s page?
“A High End computer that can run MSFS smoothly is most recommended because this package consists of a high amount of 4K resolution textures. A Strong graphics card with at least 2Gb VRAM, but preferably 4Gb of VRAM and at least 6Gbs of RAM are required. You ‘will’ need to ‘lower’ settings in the MSFS to run this plane in low end computers.”

I’d hardly call 4GB VRAM and 6GB of RAM high-end in this day and age. Actually 6GB of RAM is below the minimum specs for Flight Simulator itself.

I try to communicate on FB. But it’s been quiet lately.

He answered another query of mine in a few days so no issue with communication. I contacted him through his website

The Trinidad has been removed from simMarket a few days ago. Don’t know why.

This is very strange.

My first concern when a developer goes silent is usually for their health and wellness, but for the aircraft to be taken off marketplaces seems like an intentional choice?

I just test my Trinidad to see if there were any game breaking bugs and there weren’t any so I’m not sure why they have taken it down.

Hopefully this isn’t permanent, it’s a fun aircraft.

Euh that is incorrect. There has been an update with new gauges and a hotfix after that. The cockpit now runs smoothly with fps issues. If you say you did not get an update in 7 months you probably did not get the update mails. The current version is 4.0 i think.

But while there has been an update, progress has been slow.

I do think it’s a fun plane though

It’s 4.1 - that’s the current one.

Good to hear Bill is ok, hopefully we get some news soon.

I disagree this can’t compete with other payware aircraft, it’s not perfect but it’s still a nice fly.

He is working on converting the rest of his fleet to MSFS. Check their FB.

Looking forward to his Learjet 24 myself!

This does not come close to other payware

It is useless to do anything in. The VOR’s do not work, the electrical system shuts down in a 1/2 hour to an hour. It has two useless voltmeters
Altimeter can not be set, there is no OAT gauge, the emergency gear release, opened the cargo door!

I bought it when it first appeared, to practice procedures in (I own one in RL). It flies very little like the real thing.

I will not be spending any more with this vendor. I’ll await Just Flight to port theirs over, or continue to use X-Planes Just Flight versions to practice in.

or - having real world experience in this airplane would make your observations and suggestions valuable to LHC and Bill might could use your input - on the flight model anyway - to make the TB-21 better.
It takes time to figure out how to make aircraft systems comply with MSFS convoluted new structure and get everything to operate properly so unless you also have that experience then those repairs could take a bit longer.
Bill will catch up to it though
he is a very good aircraft modeler / coder.

To be fair, Bill REALLY likes to put things on Asobo. Even when it’s not really on Asobo and it’s just an issue of him experiencing difficulties with the learning curve. But I think he means well, for what it’s worth. He is trying. He HAS improved the plane a lot since it first came out.

Hey everyone i have 3 problems:

Does anyone else have the problem that she just don’t want to follow the magentaline?

It works for a while and over time she drifts further and further but stays on course, only 3nm sideways.

When I turn nav off and on again she instandly turns back exactly on the line but after a while you have this deviation again.

.
And yes, I know that there is a 45kn strong wind in the picture, but it always does the same, even with less wind or with a test without any weather as well.

The VS display shows incorrect information.
If, according to the display, I am climbing at 1000ft, then in reality it is only just over 800ft climb rate, almost as if it were not properly calibrated.
When sinking the same thing, sink with 1000ft according to the display, but in real life only just under 800ft minus

How do you make it to an altitude of 25000ft?
Most of the time it doesn’t even have enough power to continue climbing at 100ft / m from FL 16/17.

She drifts left and right but will eventually correct herself until she starts to drift again. Good luck with the FL250 - the turbo isn’t implemented correctly, so by default the aircraft doesn’t perform like a Turbo. Consider her to be a naturally aspirated bird and you will be ok.

Oh ok, that with the missing turbo explains a lot.

That with the deviations from the flight path is also
normal at the moment, good to know too.

The wrong vs indication is not noticed by others?

To be honest, I don’t remember. I didn’t seem to experience such a problem. Otherwise it’s a kind of thing I would notice.
