ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Flying in and out of large hubs with live traffic enabled causes stuttering and high CPU use but then returns to good performance. Then the process intermittently repeats itself. It is very noticeable in my VR headset as a severe nausea inducing stutter for several seconds. This really is bad when trying to land or take off and it happens. Otherwise I am getting good smooth performance even with the traffic visible but the stuttering happens with traffic enabled. If I disable the live traffic at the same airports the stuttering does not occur. There are many other issues with live traffic but one of the big things is we should be able to see traffic at major airports without stutters especially when it is smooth otherwise. The new models look great and if we could get performance fixed along with actual livery matching the live data and fix the other behaviors of the traffic we would have something pretty darn good.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Pick a large airport like KLAX, KDFW, KJFK, CYOW, CYYZ
- Load into one of these airports in VR or PC mode
- Taxi around and/or look around in the headset and see the stutters. Also look at the CPU usage and see the main thread hit 100% during those times.
