same here, LFPG - and the wind as expected: 275 at 3 knots.
It is very concerning that apparently no-one involved in the sim had no idea about this until it was raised on here, which seems to be the norm for server issues.
I’d hope that if they were going to work on the servers and knew it might cause problems they would let us know, like any other online business does when it has planned outages.
I really think more attention needs to be put on the server issues, they are regularly going down which makes the game fairly unplayable given the amount of core functionality tied to being online. But we never get a word from anyone about why it happens or what is being done to resolve it. Either they’re not aware, which would be pretty horrifying though nothing surprises me with some of the things that get through QA, or they just don’t care, I’m not sure which is worse. Then on top of this every 6 weeks they expect everyone to download gigabytes through an utterly arcane process that can take days for people even on reasonable connections, and at the same time breaks the servers for everyone else. We’re 15 months in, are we really expected to just accept this is how it is?
I don’t use any other online product that has such regular problems, if their servers genuinely can’t deliver what this game requires reliably they need to start refunding people because they are not providing the product paid for.

Well if enough people would actually care to do something about it. Myself, I refuse to purchase anything from the in-game marketplace until these issues along with the marketplace issues are fixed. If more simmers would take an approach similar to this maybe we would get Microsobo to pay more attention to getting these problems fixed.
I wouldn’t purchase anything from there even if it were smoother. The update process in the marketplace is terrible. There are many other sources to obtain what you need.

Well I know that was another of my stipulations before I were to purchased from the MP. There are several issues that stop me from making purchases there.

Understood, but also in the past I have seen messages (highlighted with a blue background if I remember), at the top of the page when there are server issues etc. But thank you for your reply and it is somewhat comforting to know the issue(s) are being looked at.
Ok, any chance of letting us know why it’s been down all day, or what is being done to stop this happening on a regular basis? Can you even just confirm the developers are aware the servers are a significant ongoing issue?

Apparently that even works in-flight, servers back, FS loads weather, seeing clouds now.
hello dear community manager , maybe you can help me…I downloaded the last “mandatory update” with new planes and so, could use it twice and this evening (24/11/2021) (nov 24 th for you, I guess) I cannot start the game, as X box constantly welcome me (that’s very kind) and ask me to click down there to continue, but after ckicking down there… I am send back to the previous step and it cycle continuously (this did happens several time on previous update and could be solved by downloading some umdate from Microsoft store… bur today the MS store interface store has changed and I cannot find where this possible ■■■■… update is… Why are you geeks constanlty changing the interface ???
@OlieTsubasa443 are you sure this is fixed? Because right now my experience is the same it has been most of the day, with only the ‘visbility’ loading in but nothing else:
I have to agree @OlieTsubasa443 - this doesn’t seem fixed on my end either. Still no live weather for me.

The bug was linked to a download speed issue on the weather data provider, refreshing the service helped on fxing it.
We are still going to have intermittent issues with the Weather system. However, the team is well aware of this issue and any improvement will be added to the Sim.
Palomaroad I’m sending you a private message for this specific issue.
So it’s not fixed then? If that’s the case I would strongly advise against marking the thread as ‘fixed-on-live’
