Looks like the live weather isn’t loading for you, so is defaulting to clear skies.
Go to Settings > General > Data and reset the data connection by turning off Online Functionality, then saving, then turning it back on, then saving again, then restart the sim

In world map click > flight conditions and select clear skies
Select departure airport and click fly
wait a few sec and select live weather
yes that was the only solution I could thing of, odd that the other side of the valley is in the correct weather zone…just the Whistler area is snowed in…
Or you could make the best of it and just throw your skis in the plane 
.
