What TenPatrol told you to do is exactly what I suggest not to do. Note that this doesn’t mean I’m saying he’s right or wrong, but that once I was getting completely incorrect weather, and then noticed that MSFS was trying to auto-select the server. I’m in West Europe and it selected East USA for me. So from then on I select West Europe myself, and always make sure Automatic is not selected before launching a flight. And I got quite accurate weather ever since.
