Live Weather stop working

Hi all,

Yesterday in the afternoon, i had no problem but, i don’t know why, since last night, Live weather doesn’t work anymore.
I checked my data and live weather is “on” but when i choose “live weather” the world map has absolutly no cloud, sun everywhere !
is there’s a fix or it’s a common issue ?

EDIT :
When i go to my profil in the game, i noticed that the serveur is set to “automatic” and it seems that it’s working to search for a server and I can’t choose any other server .

edit 2: Seems, that my graphics are very bad now. Here is a pic of the server option. The little icone at the right, turn around in circles. Is that supposed to happen when you are connected to a sever ?

Sometimes ther is a bug. Most it does work if you restard the Sim. But I think it could happen because the new update will be released in a few hours

I can’t say it because I am at work but it could be possible.

Go in and flush the cache, that should fix the bad scenery and weather issues. Remember theres a bug fix today, so you might hold off on this to see what that does,if after the update its still like this then try to flush the cache.

Worked here a couple of times for me.

I have noticed that when you launch the sim and fly, live weather works. If you end the flight and start a new one WITHOUT exiting the sim completely, there is no live weather (apart from the silly 2kts wind).

you mean “delete the rolling cache file” in the game ?
i’ve done that, relaunched the game but it does nothing :confused:

not for me, i tried but the live weather didn’t work in flight :wink:

  1. From the main map menu, select clear preset weather.
  2. Load the sim and once you’re on the tarmac, select live weather from the drop down menu.
  3. After a few seconds you should get the “live weather” which includes lightning strikes in clear skies and other incorrect information.
