LNAV no longer working

The plane does not follow the flight plan when engaging LNAV

Load/create a flight plan from the FMS then take off and engage LNAV. Verify the plane is not following the flight plan (747, 737, 777)

Also occurs with the Aerosoft CRJ and the Carenedo Skymaster

I had the same issue and I was advised to set up a dead zone on my joystick. Problem fixed. If the sim is detecting a signal from the joystick, the plane will not follow the flightplan.

I’m using the Xbox controller. Not sure your suggestion applies to my case too.

Ahhh. You’re most likely correct. Try it anyway and see what happens. The sim may be picking up a slight signal from the controller which could be throwing it off.

This is new bug for 9 Beta

I think this has been confirmed as an issue with the rotation speed of the aircraft, which somehow has become to slow with SU9 bèta.

On my aircraft, the issue of very slow turns manifests itself if bank angle limiter is engaged , which happens automatically at higher altitudes… perhaps this is the same root cause for other planes as well.
