I usually keep all my add-ons in a separate folder and only bring them in when I need them. Not too long ago, my load time with all of my add-ons was about 13 minutes, which was still bad, but manageable.
Right now, with 11.29.30.0, my load time with all of my add-ons is 39 minutes 5 seconds.
I don’t know when that changed, but it’s pretty clear that something is different.
