I installed the latest world update yesterday. When I started MSFS today the sim loading is stuck on 80%.
It only worked when my community folder is empty!! Once I add back files to the community folder it freezes again on the loading.

Then one of your community mods is incompatible. The only way to fix that is to remove all your mods and add them back in a couple at a time, restarting until you find the one giving you issues.
Once you find out which is the bad one, go see if the developer has put out an updated version.

I did as you suggested and found out the FWB A32NX once installed in the community it causes the freeze.
Just to be safe, you should probably update all your mods to their latest version to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you got them on flightsim.to, there’s a nice feature (in case you’re not aware) that informs you what mods you have that may be out of date. Assuming, of course, that you downloaded them on flightsim.to.
It seems my problem is with the FBW A32NX. I removed it completely and reinstalled the stable version from their installer, but still the sim freezes. I then removed it and installed the development mode and got the same result. My community folder is empty except for the FBW A32NX.
You know that the FBW A320 is now in the in-sim marketplace, right? That version is likely compatible. You don’t have to install it from an external installer any more. It will live in your Official folder instead of Community.

I installed it again from the installer but this time no liveries were in the community folder and it worked fine.
