I got 70 GB addon scenery and now MSFS 2020 won´t start anymore. With 25 Gb scenery it tougts more than 1 houre.

Hello and welcome.
This problem is known and well documented. Please use the search function instead of asking a question that has been answered dozens of times.
I thought it was a bit out of this world that someone in an earlier thread said they were willing to wait 22 minutes to get to the main menu.
But an hour? Excuse my language, but bloody heck. 
Or as we in the Colonies would say in memespeak “Ain’t no one got time for that.”
Respectfully, you need a Community Mod Management Utility. Something that will let you specify which sceneries you need and nothing more for the flights you intend to take when firing up the sim. That will cut down immensely on your wait time. There’s at least one at FlightSim.to.
Honestly, an hour? I barely have enough time to get a 30 minute flight in before the real world comes intruding in again. Life’s too short man, get thee a management util!

The issue is probably not even the size but the amount of different mods, considering the relatively small size per freeware add-on from flightsim.to.
I’m not using a management tool but I manually remove mods not needed for a flight.
Also the mods are often updated so I prefer having a fresh download version when needed.
Since installation has become really easy its less work to get the mods up and running.
