Although the Scout and the Wasp are no doubt fantastic choices, it’s strange to me that the Local Legend series would pick a military aircraft and yet not be able to include military schemes for it. Just ends up looking quite strange without them.

A redo of the C47? They probably are still working on getting a license for military markings.
I am curious if this has some form of Hobbs Meter or other way to measure engine hours? Doesn’t appear show from screenshots but it’s hard to tell.
That is one ugly helicopter! Utilitarian to the max. Reminds me of the Fiat Multipla.

I’m wondering why the Wasp is in camo colours when it was exclusively Navy so should really be the Navy Blue scheme? I’m not online to check the marketplace to see if there is a blue scheme but it’s not shown in the screenshots.
Anyone know if there is a proper Navy scheme included?
Just noticed in the wording it says it has a blue scheme for the wasp
Info on flying the real thing (the Wasp). Note the section on how the wheels work, and how hover-taxiing is still expected: What it's like to fly the Westland Wasp
Its not that ugly…nothing is as ugly as a Multipla

No. No accurate military schemes for either the Wasp or the Scout are included. Certainly none with roundels.
Really liking this pack so far

I’m honestly not sure if you intend this to be interpreted as positive or negative feedback!

I saw the blue livery in a picture and I don’t understand why they couldn’t have made a blue closer to the British Navy deep blue even if they left the word Navy off and just left Wasp. The one I saw looked way too grey.
TBH, makes me less keen to buy it although the schemes on the Scout don’t look too bad and a few did go into Civilian use still in faux camouflage or green colours
Not quite same colours but there is a real camo wasp

Love it. Great fun, not unwieldy to fly, and fun to just cruise about low-level taking in the sights. I like the paint schemes. Nice launch day discount, too!

I have never seen that scheme, and it actually looks quite cool. I still think a dark blue scheme would have been a good choice though
Meh. Not that interesting of an aircraft imo but I can understand why the picked it re UK update. Tho, a Lancaster or other larger and or well known aircraft would have been better imo.
How much is it with discount?
Has anyone else noticed this with the throttle ? It is bound to the correct axis but keeps moving on its own
I am of a certain age where this has been on my wishlist from Day One.
For me it connects to buying it as a Series 1 Airfix kit for (I think) about 79p on a Saturday morning from my local toy shop a million years ago.
Hard to believe that now I can sit at home and fly a Scout over that toy shop in a simulator.
I am still waiting for an Auster though…
Edit: @pby5a - any chance of a repaint for that Airfix livery?
