After you installed it did you restart the game?
MSFS has a tough time getting everything loaded if it’s installed midgame. When you restart the game, it loads everything appropriately.
If you did restart the game after installing it… I got nuthin’

I’ve had some weird behaviour in lots of things if you install and fly right away, so I now religiously close and restart the sim when I’ve installed anything new and that generally gives a better experience so I fully concur with you!

Good one! No i had not restarted after installation, but sadly this problem seems permanent.
If I start in the air, the collective and throttle is a mess and I basically just crash.
But I have massive problems with my game after it couldnt download the patch that has been released, it just wont do it.
And on the map almost all airports are missing, the little white dots, and I can only fly this if I start from the ground, then everything is fine.
Its just a big mess, the only solution on xcloud is deleting my profile basically, great system…

Hopefully this will be painted…
What do you play xcloud on?
It sounds like maybe your xbox user profile might be corrupt?
You didn’t include your platform in your user profile, so I don’t know whether you’re on Xbox or PC. For PC, if you’re looking for a specific livery, I’d suggest heading over to flightsim.to and put in a request for it, and hopefully a better picture, I have no idea what that particular livery you’ve chosen looks like, it’s wayyy too dark.
For those who are bummed the RAF roundels weren’t included, I’m going to assume it’s the same reason we don’t get U.S. markings either, they’re trademarked and require licensing for them to be included in Microsoft liveries.
But that doesn’t stop freeware authors from creating them for PC. Sorry Xbox folk, I hope someday you folk get the same advantages PC users have (a freeware marketplace). I wonder though, since it will be managed by Microsoft, the same problems might still be true.
You don’t get RAF markings on an Army or Royal Navy aircraft.

Yes, that’s what I said. They’re trademarked images, and Microsoft has not (yet, if ever) gotten permission to show them.
the redwing connie on this marketplace show U.S. markings,
so i think it is possible for dev´s outside, but how know…
quality controll is not best at ms marketplace releases,so maybe they not notice
That’s good to know that being on the Marketplace doesn’t restrict the use of the markings. Thanks!
Microsoft owned products, however, like the Westlands, are currently restricted, though. I have ZERO idea if Microsoft has any plans to rectify that. Given they allow liveries to be created, and as @Easyraider7884 noted, other companies can release (licensed?) liveries on the Marketplace, I’m not sure how much motivation they have to do it?
@FlyingsCool5650 ,
companies can release liveries inkl markings at a aircraft on the Marketplace, licensed???
these are inkl. the aircraft, not liveries alone…
i do not know if it is only a error
There are companies that are releasing livery packages to the Marketplace.
As you noted, the Redwing L1049 has US Markings on their liveries. Did they obtain a license to do that? Not all companies bother to get licenses for even the aircraft they release, and depend on the manufacturers to not defend their trademarks.
So I don’t know if Microsoft doesn’t care that products are properly licensed on the Marketplace, or was it just a miss on their part, IF Redwing did not obtain a license for said markings (maybe they did?).
So, the next question is, does Microsoft care if the content of packages is fully licensed? I don’t know. If not, that’s great, then Xbox users can get liveries with proper markings. I mean, either way they can, the question is, do said liveries have to have satisfied their licensing requirements?
Hence the question mark at the end of that comment.

Two different xbox ones and a PC.
And yes, I most probably need to delete my profile again
No, you assumed they were trademarked (they’re not, incidentally), but the aircraft aren’t RAF aircraft in the first place…
Yes, I did assume that. The U.S. “roundels” are trademarked, so, yes, I assumed the RAF did the same.
You may not have to delete your profile. There are ways to fix corrupted user profiles. I had that situation on my PC about 6 months after MSFS was released, and I was able to correct it without deleting my profile.
I had to delete the Microsoft Store and Xbox programs, and go through some machinations to install them again (it wasn’t straightforward, but I forget the details), and that fixed my user profile corruption issue.

Some folks have had success by only deleting the wgs folder in your PC.
You could try removing that out of the MSFS folder structure and then starting the sim.
Dear iniBuilds,
These are excellent addons… well done! I have a request… can we please, please, please… pretty please, have the smaller rear doors from the Wasp, and the floats too, as additional options for the Scout please??? Other requests are a radalt for the Wasp and original flat doors (no bulges) for both… but I appreciate these would all require extra modelling.
I am only playing through the cloud on the pc browser, so no files on the pc.
The crazy thing is how good xcloud has become.
I play with wired controllers, because I hate the smallest lag, so I never thought I could play streamed, but it has worked ok from day one but they have made it better and better and its really good now!
