Is there a text file associated with the logbook which can be edited?

It’s stored in a binary file. No direct editing.

Where is the file stored please?

I think it to be for the steam package- Steam\userdata\919096132\1250410\remote. the file is kh_logbook. Not sure if this is sim log or steam log. It does seem to change as we do flights.
