58 minute flight from YWHA to YPWR or thereabouts. In my logbook it shows a 13 minute flight with no landing. I get the usual “vicinity” entry. I don’t like this.

Mine is screwy as well and has been since launch. A lot of my flights don’t get registered at all. I’ve gone in to try to find flights I’ve done and there’s zero record of them.
If it crashes while I’m in the air, no flight time gets recorded. If you get bugged out and have to quit to main screen mid-flight, it doesn’t register that either.
According to my Steam profile, I’ve been in game 299 hours. I just got my 100 Hr flight time achievement about 2 days back. I know for a fact I’ve got way more air time than that under my belt.
It’s a shame. Is there any way to edit the logbook to remove or fix these screwed up flights?
Not that I’m aware of. Log book is pretty much useless the way it is.
Hopefully the upcoming patch fixes these issues, but there is no mention of any logbook fixes there…

I logged a Zendesk ticket on this, and it was marked as “Solved”, and added to the internal ticketing system. That does not mean it’s fixed, just that it has been accepted as a defect.

I find that I only get a logbook entry and credit for landing if I shut down the plane or at least turn off the Battery. Once I turn off the battery the sim takes me to another screen were you can choose what to do next. If you don’t do this you will get the “Vicinity” entry.
Yah thats been my expierence also… land and turn it off but even if i dont get that next window about continuing I still get airport as final destination…
Just tried with a full shut down … Nothing logged no flight no takeoff no landing.
Last logbook entries were from 10-2
u flying a stock non add on plane with no mods? Not sure if thats the issue or not just wondering.
No Mods never use them no dev mode. Only the in game planes
Not doing that. Straight flight!

try using the REPAIR option for msfs in Apps windows , might just be an install issue.

Parking at a parking spot, shutting the aircraft down, then pressing main menu when that window pops up that has a Continue button?
yes to continue your flight or end and go back to main menu
