My Logitech throttle quadrant keeps crashing me back to desk top. I’ve updated everything and when I start a flight, and go to use any function on my throttle, the simulator crashes me back to desk top. The only way I can fix it, is to unplug the throttle from my PC start the simulator and plug it back in.
- Did you try anorher USB port ?
- Did you try with others USB devices unplugged ?
- Do you use a driver for your quadrant ?
If yes, uninstall it, the quadrant don’t need any driver, only a calibration under Wnidows and binding axes and buttons under MSFS. - Try deleting all your quadrant profiles, and create a new one with your bindings, but just after deleting profiles, apply this procedure:
Recalibrate controller axes: RegEdit – Logitech Support + Download - Always replug the quadrant in the same port you used before until you tests are completed (except for trying another port naturally)
And don’t forget an oldtimer advice:
“Rebooting the PC between steps seems to be a waste of time, but often gives you a gain at the end”.
I did try different USB ports, but I’ll erase the drivers out, and try that. Thank you for your help.
