Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
I use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro as my control and am experiencing some curious response with all planes.
My profile changes the default Flight Control Surfaces options for the joystick corresponding to the photo on the Controls Options page to:
Elevator Trim Up Joystick Button 3
Elevator Trim Down Joystick Button 5
Toggle Spoilers Joystick Button 8
Increase Flaps Joystick Button 4
Decrease Flaps Joystick Button 6
Brakes Joystick Button 1 The Trigger
Since SU X the Trigger does not apply the brakes. Also when the Trigger is depressed the rudder control fails to act.
The Toggle Parking brake works correctly.
If I use the default profile the brake works correctly with Button 5.
Using different USB ports and 2 identical joysticks give identical results.
