Logitech/Saitek MSFS Plugin - have to start manually every time?

My exe.xml file looks like this after installing Honeycomb AFC_Bridge for my Bravo TQ, then adding the Logitech driver for MSFS (radio panel):

<SimBase.Document Type=“SimConnect” version=“1,0”>
SimConnect
SimConnect.xml
False
<Launch.Addon>
Logitech Microsoft Flight Simulator Plugin
False
C:\Program Files\Logitech\Microsoft Flight Simulator Plugin\LogiMicrosoftFlightSimulator.exe
-r
</Launch.Addon>
<Launch.Addon>
AFCBridge
False
K:\MSFS 2020\community\AFC_Bridge\bin\AFC_Bridge.exe
</Launch.Addon>
</SimBase.Document>

AFC_Bridge alone worked flawlessly for a year and a half until I installed the Logitech driver. Now, neither starts automatically. I have to manually execute the Logitech driver, then start the sim TWICE to get the Bravo lights to show up. Is this line the problem loading the Logitech driver:

“-r”
