Logitek Multi Panel not working properly with A320 FlyByWire

Hi Everyone,

Just purchased the multi panel from Logitek and having issues with the FlyByWire A320.

Main issue is that Heading/VS and Altitude don’t engage when I press the buttons. I actually need to go with my mouse on the AP PANEL knobs and engage them. (For example pressing the down arrow on the VS knob to start a descent). The actual knob on the Multi Panel will change the values of Altitude VS etc but will not engage them when I press the buttons.
Other small thing is that AP button won’t turn on.

On the default a320 or on other aircrafts like Cesnas this doesn’t happen so I assume there is something to fix with the FBW model.

Anybody has the same issue or knows how to fix it?

Thanks

It seems quite a few users of Logitek panels have this issue.
There are quite a few posts on this.
A solution appears to be SPAD.next
Do a search for that topic.

I also downloaded SPAD.next but I’m really not understanding that much of it…how and what needs to be changed

As far as I can remember, you don’t have to do anything other than be sure you have USB power and load Spad first.

I’ve been using spad for a long time and use it with the A320 in FS Acadamy Airliner training. It works fine. Never changed anything other than changed the REV key to FLC mode.

Here you find documentation about the FCU events and simulation vars:
